In partnership with Antioch Baptist Church, our Block Party will be an afternoon of fun for the entire family!

The Fathers Resiliency Group is a monthly wellness and support group that aims to create and provide a safe space for fathers to share, bond, and connect with other dads through the share experience of fatherhood.

We know the impact that the stresses of daily life can have on an individual and/or family. We want to provide a space for the entire family and community to learn healthy ways to manage, as well as provide a space to let go. This program has been adapted to fit the lifestyle of the working professional - listen in from the comfort of your desk!
