The African American Community Service Agency (AACSA) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. Founded in 1978, AACSA is one of the few African American cultural centers in Silicon Valley. We provide quality educational, cultural, social, and recreational programs, services, and activities to perpetuate and strengthen African American identity, culture, values, traditions, knowledge, and family life.
Membership is open to everyone, regardless of race, religion, age, sexual orientation or disability. As a member, you have easy access to a wealth of information and the various programs and activities offered by the agency.
Service is at the heart of all programs. In fact, all activities are supported by our fantastic community of volunteers who commit more than 60,000 service hours in addition to staff and board members.
Throughout the year, the AACSA provides services to more than 25,000 people.
Please contact our office to learn more about our services, programs, signature events, volunteer opportunities, membership, and to donate.
Thank you to our generous members and donors who are already sharing their resources to support the outstanding work that is making a difference in the lives of many.
