Queenhype Fitness is a virtual fitness class that aims to bring health and wellness to you! The class features crossfit, hiit workouts, glute building, core building, restorative stretching and sculpting, and nutrition planning.

We know the impact that the stresses of daily life can have on an individual and/or family. We want to provide a space for the entire family and community to learn healthy ways to manage, as well as provide a space to let go. This program has been adapted to fit the lifestyle of the working professional - listen in from the comfort of your desk!

Every year the AACSA puts on a Volunteer Appreciation gathering for our community volunteers and board members. It is an opportunity for us to eat, get to know one another better, learn about other opportunities to participate, and solicit feedback.
