The African American Community Service Agency is soliciting your support to advertise in our virtual 43rd Juneteenth in the Streets Virtual Festival Souvenir Program Book. Potentially the largest African American celebration in Silicon Valley, the festival attracts 6,000+ attendees of diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds from surrounding cities, offering an optimal opportunity for your organization or business to be advertised and promoted throughout the South Bay.
This year’s 43rd Juneteenth in the Streets Festival will be held on Saturday, June 15th with activities for the entire family. We look forward to having you support this year’s digital souvenir book by purchasing an ad. Please complete the information below and submit to us by May 1st, 11:59pm PST.

Format Submission Requirements
Proceeds from ad sales will be used to provide support for our programs and services. Please be sure your ad is submitted in the proper format in relation to the ad size you have selected. Please submit your ads in the appropriate orientation based on the size you select. Submissions should be sent over as high-resolution PDF or JPG images. Please be sure to Include a bleed or ensure that your ad has padding so that information is not cut off towards the edge of the pages.
- Front Inside Cover = $1,000 (8.5 x 11 in.)
- Back Inside Cover = $1,000 (8.5 x 11 in.)
- Full Page = $500 (8.5 x 11 in.)
- Half Page = $250 (8.5 x 5.5 in.)
- Quarter Page = $125 (4.25 x 5.5 in.)
- Eighth Page = $80 (4.25 x 2.75 in.)
