Stephanie Allen is the Program Manager at the African American Community Service Agency (AACSA) Family Resource Center (FRC). Her alma mater is San Jose State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Child Development with a focus in community involvement. She specializes in Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention. Her passion is serving children and families that are at risk of being involved with systems.

While completing her undergraduate degree, Stephanie volunteered with various organizations: Reading Partners, Fresh Lifelines for Youth and Court Appointed Special Advocates of Silicon Valley. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling and having playdates for her son. She hopes to travel to Greece one day. Her favorite quote is by Maya Angelou, “ We may encounter defeats, but we must not be defeated.”
