Wanda B. Hendrix, Treasurer, brings significant philanthropic, municipal government budget, and treasury experience to the Board. She has served as treasury manager for East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD), where she managed the direction and execution of a half-million-dollar investment portfolio and administered the EBMUD Employees’ Retirement System of $1 billion.
